usually the academy cant pick a good metal performance to save their lives. they chose Jethro tull over master of puppets, and decide years later to give metalica, (kinda off subject, i know.) one for st anger. the crappiest album in history! anyway, its nice to see ppl like slayer win an award. theyll always kick ass.

King Diamond and Machine Head are good baronvonsmartass, but As I Lay Dying and Shadows Fall, not so much. Slayer still rules all though.

i saw slayer fuckin years ago at the L.A sports arena, i think every seat cushion was ripped out of every seat in the stadium, then the cops had to take cover cuz they were gitten beer and jack daniels bottles thrown at them . Fuckin show was crazy. SLAYER RULES!
