Google Voice as of today doesn't work like that -- in fact, it doesn't work worth $#&#$. Google has hired some of the best programmers in the world, but they don't seem to have assigned them to their "beta" (more like alpha) apps.

This video needs to be updated. You no longer have to click EDIT on top. In fact, if you do, you won't find the custom greetings there anymore. Instead look below the contact you'll find a link that says:Edit Google Voice Settings.Then follow the rest of the video, though the screens are not exactly the same, they're close enough to follow. Wow still not new, we text now or voicemail, really when someone normal calls do you need special info. Bill collector calls, psycho ex, if this works important people get through, but what if you are busy and they call and you had to tell them what?
