It´s kinda funny that you said the Zalman CNPS 9700 :P cause I changed the gunmet to that CPU cooler Zalman CNPS 9700, it will be a little more expensive but I think it´s worth it, oh adn about the fans, as I´m using the Aplus twin engine case, it has 2 big 250mm fans, the first one is in the front of the case and blows at the hdd then into the case, and the second one is directly at the M/B and CPU+CPU cooler. And I also added a 120mm fan to blow out the air ;D

you might also want to look into the cooler master V8, I have not used it first hand but heard pretty good things about. If you have any other questions then feel free to ask ;)

well my personal favorites are the cnps 9700 from zalman or the true copper rifle from xigmatek, i have used these firsthand and have proven amazing, both get around 20c on my Q660 oc'ed to 3.2. you could look into watercooling but in my opinion it is to dangerous. Also i reccomend having at least 3 120mm fans or 4-5 80mm fans for sufficient coolent. If you dont like those heatsinks then look for all copper ones, thanks and if you have any other questions feel free to ask ;) |
