This is the American Studios Band from Memphis. This small group of musicians recorded some of the greatest music of the sixties. Their story has finally been told in the new book "Memphis Boys" by Roben Jones. Their brief sessions with Neil alone produced arguably his best work. "Shilo", "Brother Love", "Holly Holy" and this song. Their body of work is astonishing.
