Yeah they do, as a media student ive worked on adverts like this, not L'Oreal, but u do enhance the colour of almost everything, ud be surprised, they always touch up eyes especially the white parts, who do you know tha actulay has crystal white eyes? no one, its all digitally recreated a very tedious process.

That is her natural colour there in the advert but she has used contacts in movies especially for song numbers. EG in her Tamil movie "irvuar" she changed the colour of her eyes several times to suit her outfit. |
